Welcome to Forged Human and our website at https://ForgedHuman.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Forged Human (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using our website, enrolling in a coaching program, or selecting “I Agree,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept all Terms, do not use our website or services.

These Terms govern your access to the Forged Human coaching platform, fitness programs, digital content, educational materials, and all other offerings (collectively, the “Program”).

ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTABLE USE
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your location to use the Program. By joining, you agree to use the Program lawfully, follow all coaching instructions and requirements, and not misuse, resell, or redistribute our materials or branding.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms our brand, clients, or community.

LICENSE & USAGE
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access the Program for your personal use only. You may not share your login, duplicate content, or use any part of the Program commercially without written consent.

All content remains the exclusive property of Forged Human and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

PRIVACY & DATA
Use of our Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By enrolling, you consent to us using your information to deliver services, track progress, and provide personalized support.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your login. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

PAYMENTS & ENROLLMENT TERMS
Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received. You agree to pay all applicable fees. If you’re on a payment plan, you authorize recurring charges to your card. Failed payments may result in access suspension and possible collection action. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
Forged Human does not offer automatic refunds. Select programs may include a conditional money-back guarantee, but to be eligible, you must fully complete the program and meet all the following requirements:

• Follow the entire plan as provided

• Submit weekly check-ins, weight logs, and progress photos

• Maintain full compliance with meal and training plans

• Demonstrate consistent effort and communication throughout

• Complete the entire program duration

Refund requests without meeting these conditions will be denied. All requests are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & RENEWALS
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 10 days before the next billing date. Continued use of the Program after changes in pricing or terms will be considered acceptance.

ACCURACY & MODIFICATIONS
We strive for accurate content and effective programs but reserve the right to update or modify content, pricing, and availability at any time without notice.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Forged Human provides tools, education, and coaching to help you succeed. However, we do not guarantee specific results. Your progress depends on your commitment, effort, and consistency. Testimonials reflect individual outcomes and are not promises of results.

FEEDBACK & TESTIMONIALS
By submitting feedback or a testimonial, you allow us to use your statements, name, likeness, and transformation photos in our marketing or educational materials. You may withdraw consent in writing at any time.

WARRANTIES & LIABILITY
The Program is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, including lost results or income. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

DISPUTES
Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the Province of Ontario. Where permitted, disputes must be handled individually and not as part of a class action. Arbitration may be used as an alternative to litigation.

INDEMNITY
You agree to hold Forged Human and its team harmless from any claims, losses, or legal costs arising from your participation in the Program or violation of these Terms.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may provide links to third-party tools or resources. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or accuracy.

TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Program for any behavior that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to our team, clients, or brand. Termination does not waive any outstanding payments or obligations.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Any legal action must take place in a court or arbitration panel within that jurisdiction.

FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical issues, or regulatory changes.

ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your participation or rights under these Terms without written consent. We may assign our obligations or rights at any time.

ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT
By enrolling, you agree that your digital acceptance holds the same weight as a physical signature. All communication may be conducted electronically.

UPDATES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Program after updates will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

CANADIAN CLIENTS ONLY
Forged Human only works with clients based in Canada. If you attempt to purchase from outside Canada, your order will be canceled, and your payment refunded. We may request proof of Canadian residency if needed.
